1. My Code Doesn't Work or Says "Invalid Code"!

Ans: Ouch: first, we're sorry that's happening! There are usually 2 main reasons that someone's code doesn't work. We'll explain them and walk you through how to fix them: 1) If you have typed the code correctly, and you have it in front of you on the Biocard, then you probably DID activate the code. What you may not have gotten is the the activation link in your email because of a spam filter: that's 75% of the users who can't get the code to work again or to log in. If you check the email that the code was registered to and look in the spam filter, look for messages from "administrator@jellybeanfriends.com". If you open it and click on the link to activate, it should work then! The other thing you may want to try is going to the bottom of the page and clicking on the "Forgot Password" link. Then you can just type in your username and email address and have a new password sent to you (unfortunately, for now, you're stuck with the new password...you can't change it to one that's easier to remember...but we're working on that!) 2) the second reason the code may not work and you can't log in is usually that you forgot the username you typed in or spelled it incorrectly.
