Chroma is a magic world: colors are brighter, flowers smell sweeter, and the sun shines brighter on everything here! You may notice that Chroma has all of the colors of the rainbow: that's because it's INSIDE of a rainbow! You've heard of going "over the rainbow"? Well, to get to Chroma, you've gone THROUGH rainbow. Every color and smell you can imagine is inside and ready for you to check out!

And you're in luck, because you're here with a friend: your very own Jellybeanie!

The World of Chroma!

Chroma is the Jellybeanies' home. Each class of Jellybeanie lives in its own BAND. A BAND is a colored area on Chroma that similar-colored Jellybeanies live in. For example, Sammy the Strawberry Bear, and all other Strawberry Bears, come from the Band of Roja, which is a bright Red color. Visitors from other Bands can come to the Roja band to check it out and visit, and we'll be unlocking (or showing you how to unlock) new Bands and areas all the time! Each character-with few exceptions-has its own band. The ones that don't...well, we don't know any that don't...do you...?

Once you're in a BAND, you'll probably be walking around a POD. What's a POD? A POD is a village that the Jellybeanies live in. There are houses, stores, and things to do in a Pod, and you can travel between them to see if there are different things to do in each one, or if there are different Beanmates, Bandfriends, or Jellypals to meet.

So check out your Pod, check out your Band, meet some Jellypals, and make sure your friend is in good shape while you're doing all of that. You'll need to feed, play with, and take care of your character to keep them happy and able to do a bunch of stuff. If you don't take care of him or her, they get less happy over time. Soon, they'll look really sad..they may even stop listening to you at all after awhile until you start to take care of them again.
